The news is out. Big Sean is embarking on a new tour with Playboi Carti, Gashi, and Shy Glizzy. Tickets have already gone on sale and the world is preparing to see what the Detroit superstar has in store for Unfriendly Reminder. But this time, there’s a twist: fans get to pick the setlist of songs for him to perform. There’s so much material for Sean to cover, that when he usually goes through the same songs over and over, we get agitated. Here’s what Sean had to say on Twitter about his choice.
Before I step into this new chapter of music, I was really sitting and reflecting on the past ten years and all we’ve accomplished. I had to go back in and listen to all the old mixtapes and albums, and I was like damn man a lot of this stuff didn’t get the true shine.

So with the platform I have now, I thought it would be perfect to revisit a lot of the old music as well as the new classics on my next tour. But I’m gonna give you guys the opportunity to chose my setlist on this tour. Can’t wait to hit the road. #UnfriendlyReminderTour pic.twitter.com/ZTtKRsWWTv

It’s nice to see that he’s committed to pleasing longtime fans looking for the hungrier, rawer Sean of old. His new releases have been good, but none have come close to the early 2010s Sean, the one that would cry on stage at disbelief of where he’d managed to get to.
With that being said, we’re going to give Sean ten songs that’ll send fans on a nostalgic trip as well as showcase his talents that were in high-demand (and still are).
