Payroll Giovanni and Cardo Got Wings’ new album Big Bossin Vol. 2 has been one of the most talked about projects since it came out on Jan. 26. The smooth, ride-out musical treat has been a regular fixture of our car playlists just because of how relatable it is to our everyday lives; it’s also extremely well-put-together music as well. One of the album’s standouts is the debonair “Big Bossin.” With its’ mesmerizing refrain of “Cop it, flip it, stack it, stash it,” it gives the blueprint for success in the cutthroat life of hustling.
In the accompanying visual for “Big Bossin,” this concept is expanded on in a nearly ten-minute film that shows how product is moved in and out, also how the cops operate when trying to bust people. It’s an interesting visual that plays off the debonair aesthetic of the track, making for a cinematic and sonic masterpiece.
