In this clip, Jay Morrison discussed some of the plans for the Tulsa Real Estate Fund. For starters, Morrison said that the group is looking to purchase a historic YMCA building in Atlanta where MLK and the Civil Rights Movement got its start. He says that the TREF is seeking to redevelop the property and make into a blues lounge. He also mentioned that the group is currently "town shopping" with a potential spot outside of Atlanta in the works.
Later on, Jay Morrison talked about his role as a potential lender to people looking to develop land that may not be able to secure a traditional bank loan. He also details how to sell your shares in the TREF, and how the group is aiming at a comprehensive community redevelopment strategy. He also challenged DJ Vlad to offer some financial support if the fund does well in the first year.
